Loon Point Beach ClubThe project site is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 005-260-018, located at 2825 Padaro Lane, approximately 500 feet east of the intersection of Padaro Lane and Highway 101, Summerland area, 1st Supervisorial District. The project is for (1) legalization of unpermitted grading and construction of a gabion retaining wall, and (2) demolition of two existing structures and construction of a new 1,200 sq residence. An existing watchman's trailer also requires final permits. StatusAn application for as-built approval of grading and the construction of a gabion wall was submitted to the County on February 9, 2011. An application for demolition of the two existing structures and construction of a new, 1,200 sq ft residence was submitted November 30th, 2011. Both applications are complete and an environmental document will be prepared in early 2012. Contacts
