Vincent Vineyard Winery

The application proposes a Tier III Winery consisting of a 6,000 square foot structure containing : 1) a 7,000 case per year production facility and 2) a public wine tasting room. The proposed winery would conduct a maximum of eight (8) Special Events per year (with a maximum of 150 attendees at each event; note that events of less than 80 attendees are not considered special event and would be permitted to occur onsite). The proposed project site is a 24 acre parcel on the east side of SR 154 approximately one mile south of Los Olivos.
