New Cuyama Community Center Master Plan

    The proposed New Cuyama Community Center Master Plan would preserve existing service facilities including County Fire Station and County Sheriff Substation; it would also replace and expand the existing library branch and community health office; last, the Master Plan proposes to develop a new aquatic center, new locker room/restroom building, and a new gymnasium / multi-purpose building.

    The total new structural development (enclosed floor area) under the Master Plan would be 21,700 square feet, including the following: Gymnasium/Multi-Purpose Building (15,000 square feet); Library (1,200 square feet); Community Health Center (1,800 square feet); and Community Aquatic Center (3,700 square feet, including locker rooms/restrooms and pool equipment room).
