North Hills General Plan Amendment

Orcutt Fee LLC proposes to initiate a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for approximately 3,000 acres of a 4,125 acre property from Commercial Agriculture (AC) designation to a new Comprehensive Plan designation allowing for a mixed use community of up to 7,500 residential units and up to 2,000,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. The proposed site is located in the Fourth District, south of Orcutt and between Highways 101 and 135.

Board of Supervisors Hearing - To Be Determined

June 7, 2007 – A tour of the site will take place on this date. Interested parties should meet at the Betteravia Government Center at 511 E. Lakeside Parkway in Santa Maria at 8:30 a.m. Transportation to the site will be provided. No private cars will be allowed.
