Orcutt Key Site #3 - SB Clark

The project consists of applications for a General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Tentative Tract Maps.  The 138 acre site is located within the Orcutt Community Plan boundary on the west side of Hwy 101 approximately 1/4 mi. south of Clark Road.  The applicant is seeking approval to construct 125 residences ranging from higher density, clustered townhomes on the northerly portion of the site, to single family homes on the lower bluff area.
