Key Site #3 - Centex Homes

The project consists of applications for a General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Tentative Tract Maps. The 150 acre site is located within the Orcutt Community Plan boundary on the west side of Hwy 101 approximately 1/4 mi. south of Clark Road. The applicant is seeking approval to construct 313 residences ranging from higher density, clustered townhomes on the northerly portion of the site, single family homes on the lower bluff area and Ranchettes south of Orcutt Creek.





Project Status

Current Status - Subsequent Environmental Impact Report under preparation.




Hearing Dates

To be scheduled upon completion of Environmental Impact Report.
