Orcutt Village Marketplace

    Development Plan (06DVP-00000-00008) Vesting Tentative Tract Map (TM 14,734) and Conditional Use Permits for development of a 319,000 square foot shopping center with major components as follows:


    • 34,608 s.f. grocery store/supermarket;


    • 86,982 s.f. 3-story destination hotel with 120 rooms and 1 ballroom;


    • 13,480 s.f. drug store with drive-through window;


    • 120,000 + s.f. of retail development including over twenty retail shops, sit-down restaurants, and a coffee shop with a drive-through window;


    • 5,021 s.f. fast-food restaurant with a drive-through window;


    • 10,091 s.f. gas station, with convenience store, carwash, and 2,422 s.f. of office space above the convenience store;


    • 30 condominiums for office space located above retail and office space; and


    • 0.5 acre landscaped central park with a center gazebo.


    Project Status

      The project was approved by the County Planning Commission on April 8, 2008.  An appeal was filed on April 21, 2008 by the Orcutt Area Advisory Group and then withdrawn on July 3, 2008.

      Project approval is final.
