What Are Applications, Forms & Documents?
The Planning and Development Department makes numerous "documents" available to the Public. The most commonly requested of these are applications (such as for a building permit), forms submitted with an application, and documents (such as a zoning ordinance). Other "documents" we make available include brochures, information sheets, and maps. Due to the large number of items not all may be available on this web site. If you do not find the "document" you are looking for, please contact us for assistance.

Why Are Applications, Forms & Documents Important?
In order to obtain a permit (learn more
about the permit process) you must first apply for it; nearly all permits require
a completed application. Except for the simplest of projects,
additional forms are also required at the time your application is submitted. Other
documents, such as ordinances and policies, will describe for you the rules
that guide the planning and building review processes.
